► Graduation from a 3-year general nursing program at an accredited school of nursing, must have THEORY and CLINICAL* in -
Community nursing should be included in the above.
► Currently working in a minimum 100 bedded hospital.
► A current nursing license in your home country.
► At least 1 year of acute-care experience in specialties such as
Critical Care, Emergency Room, Gynecology, Labor & Delivery, Medical Surgical, Neonatal ICS, Occupational Therapist, Oncology, Operating Room, PCU – Stepdown, Pediatric, Physical Therapist, Post Anesthesia-Recovery, Postpartum-Nursery, Telemetry, Telemetry-Stepdown.
► Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the english language.
► Must qualify for U.S. Visa, e.g. no criminal record.
In addition, immigrant healthcare workers must demonstrate competence in oral and written English as shown by an appropriate score on one or more nationally recognized tests. These tests are commercially available, standardized assessments of English language proficiency. Foreign-educated nurses applying to the VisaScreen™ program must satisfy the following requirements:

Nurses who have graduated from a nursing program in Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand and the UK are exempt from this English language requirement.

• Interested candidates take the IITR online screening test & score 50% marks.
• Those who qualify will be interviewed by our Overseas delegation.
• Selected candidates will be offered a contract and will be provided free training for NCLEX.
• Once the candidate is found to be well prepared she/he will be taken for NCLEX exam.
• After passing NCLEX the immigration process will be completed for the nurse & her family. When these requirements are met, we will help you move on to the visa process.
