Dear Nurse,
IIHCR is an India International Healthcare Recruiters, a healthcare division of India International Technical Recruiters (IITR) based in New Delhi with branch offices in Kochi, and Dehradun.
IITR is seeking a dedicated and experienced NCLEX Trainer to join our team. As an NCLEX Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in preparing nursing graduates for success in passing the NCLEX examination.
Responsibilities:
� Design and continuously improve and adapt curriculum depending on educational needs.
� Teach NCLEX and provide training nurses.
� Develop lesson plans.
� Incorporate evidence-based research into educational plans, patient treatment plans, and nursing practices.
� Promote critical thinking among nurses, and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
� Maintain current knowledge of trends in area of expertise.
� Create and update NCLEX training material for nurses.
� Interact with nurse candidates and help them during their NCLEX preparation.
� Administer tests and assessments throughout the duration of the course and guide the candidates accordingly
Salary - Based on Experience.

Fixed Working Days and Hours - Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 5:30 PM IST.
Location - Malviya Nagar (Delhi) and Kochi (Kerala)
